Odd Menu behaviour

Ok, here is my "promised" issue.

The menues behave oddly and I am not able to figure out if I can solve this because it is due to my settings or if this is some kind of bug. So here is the description:

1. Picture nr1 shows directly under the user name (=drupal6) the navigation menu point "drupal6". Well this point should be called "My account" as set at admin>build>menu. Why does it show the username instead?

2. I am making use of the menu point "user list" but have it as primary link (per default it is in the navigation). When clicking on it I get to a list of users (so far correctly but the design is quite hideous - I might not forget to change this). If I chose any user there the correct profile page is displayed but the menu point "drupal6"(=My account) changes accordingly (see pic nr2).
However clicking on this falsenamed link brings my to "my" account (=drupal6). Of course the link is now back to its original name (=drupal6). So the link directs correctly but gets the wrong "name".
It should be "My account" which would be the current user but instead it gets the name of the profile displayed yet linking still correctly.

I hope I explained the issue clearly and that it is not something extremly obvious that I missed.
