I recently recieved the following from Aweber. I'd been using the drupal module for about 6 months but it wasn't until just after we upgraded to D6 and the HEAD code that we recieved this:
Hello,
It has come to our attention that you are attempting to have leads added to your AWeber list by posting to the AWeber form script from your own form or script.
This process, referred to as batching, is not a permissible way of having leads add to your AWeber list/s. If leads are to add directly to your list by filling out a form online, it is imperative that they fill out the AWeber form directly to do so, rather than their information being posted from your third-party form to the AWeber form. The batching that is being done needs to immediately be stopped.
If you cannot replace whatever form is now being filled out by your leads with an AWeber form, you will need to manually import the leads rather than attempting to post them to the AWeber form script.
Please take action to immediately remove the batching script from your site, and contact us as soon as this has been removed, so that we can avoid further action to the account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Any one else experience something similar or have any ideas on how to resolve?

If their form has changed it's likely a value isn't being submitted. They may have some other processes that checks the POST that this module can't simulate. It needs to be investigated more but I think your best option is to comply with AWeber for the time being.
