Incorrect information on project page about GMap Module

Just wanted to point out that on the project page where it compares GMap Module to Google Maps Tools it says "gmaps extends node types using CCK fields, not custom form alters". However GMap Module also provides CCK fields as well as custom form alters.

While I would never use custom form alters they have given users the option.

I would really like these two modules become one, is there any reason improvements can't be made to GMap Module? There's a good post on the Duplicate Module Group about this http://groups.drupal.org/node/15541
