Can't add a block to a region in 6.8

Hello,

I can move the "Powered By Drupal" block into another region (e.g. Content) but when I create a View and try assign it to the Content region and click save, it doesn't stay there. I had the same problem last night with the Related Content module.

Has anyone come across this before?
