Hello,

I've created a View with Display Block and can see it listed in the Blocks admin screen but I can't move it to another region or edit the Block and change any of the settings. It's like it's set in a READ ONLY state.

I can't find anything in Permissions for this.

I'm logged in as User1.

Has anyone come across this before?
