Submit again and taxonomy terms with weblinks

Has anyone experienced this problem, I am running the submit again module and have tried to use it on a new content type I've made. This content type has taxonomy terms associated with it. However, whenever I use the save and create another button, it saves the content but loses the associated taxonomy...
