Fantastic job on the website, it looks great! We are also involved in the real estate industry, more specifically the licensing and testing portion and have been considering moving our website from wordpress to drupal for some time.
How is the site in regards to day to day maintenance. Does Drupal require a steep learning curve to operate? We are by no means programmers, which is why we are so hesitant about the transition.

Search looks like a heavily themed views exposed filter block or manually created form. Would love some more info on how it was done.

this one is just a 19" at 1280x1024 and it's jumbled.
looks nice on my 22" widescreen 1680x1050

All working fine on Firefox 3.0.10, and that search form is really amazing.. If I had any idea how to build something like that I wouldn't be using my time to respond to forum posts haha. Great site!
