block editing link doesn't work with Menu Block 6.x-2.1 and later

In Menu Block 6.x-2.1, there was a name change for the internal variable that holds the menu name for the given block delta.

We need to update Zen to use the new variable. We don't need to worry about the 6.x-2.0, IMO.
