Payment amount and method not resolving

Hi

I've developed my website locally and this was working fine.

I've just uploaded to a remote server, and now the Payment Method pane on the Checkout page won't resolve.

The grey "working..." scrolling image appears and won't disappear (see the attached screenshot).

I urgently need to fix this, any help much appreciated.
