When I activate Drupal's Block cache feature [Performance page] then anonymous users see the Tabs as a list [image attached] and seems that it lost CSS styiling.
[the 2nd foto shows the correct styling]
Any help please?

this is a duplicate of #342459: Block cache problem (Not showing for anonymous or authenticated users)
can you try the -dev release? it should contain a fix, which disables block cache for quicktabs

I installed dev version but after 15 minutes I received the same problem...

I can reproduce your problem, it is a duplicate of #342459: Block cache problem (Not showing for anonymous or authenticated users)
QT still not works with enabled block cache..
