Missing Polish airport, updated other ones

Toddy,
you'll find actual info about Polish airports supplying weather info to NOAA
in the attachment. One new Polish airport - Łódź-Lublinek - was added,
and the names of the rest were corrected.

Arrrgh, I forgot about correct ICAO code for Łódź, sorry. Now it's fine.
