I have an attachment on the homepage. When I click on it, in the next URL (www.myhomepage.com/home#attachments), the banner stops rotating and the two textbanners are shown at once.
The problem only exists in IE7. (Works perfect in Safari and firefox and IE6)

Any idea for solution?

I don't see any rotor on that page so there is not a lot I can do with this, so I'm closing the ticket. If you still have the problem, please open a new ticket.
