Stock module for anonymous users

I want to make the stock module available for anonymous users. I would like to just select a few certain stocks and have them displayed to all visitors in a block on the homepage. Does anyone know if this is possible? So far I've only been able to use this module with authenticated users.

I had to write my own module to do this. If you're interested contact me and I can send it to you. It's pretty simple, based off Stock API, and takes a list of tickers to show.
