Running on IIS 5.1

Get the following warning after install at top of Modules page (warning is displayed twice):

warning: opendir(sites/all/modules/admin_menu) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No error in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Drupal\includes\file.inc on line 888.

Figured it out.

I hadn't set the correct IIS permissions on the module directory.
