Can somebody please help me figure out as to how I can change the order in which the primary menu and secondary menu appear on the page. I am using Barlow theme (Drupal 6) . Did try to achieve that through page.tpl.php with out much success... Maybe I the approach was flawed.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Have a look at add1sun's screencast. As a coincidence it even has Barlow as an example.
