I have some (300+) pages, which i don't want to translate, because the pages consists of adressess/contact information for each company. So i set these pages to language neutral. But then i can set the parent for this node just for one language.

-If i set the nodes the language independent, and going from dutch to english: the menu changes to the correct language, however the secondairy links are gone (it seems like the parent is reset to primairy links). In Dutch is the entire menu ok.

-If setting the nodes to dutch, the entire menu is ok, even when switching to english, but the menu is in Dutch

Did you create the menu links for the second menu as well? i.e. the secondary links menu has to have both english and dutch links.
