I've just created a second ANF block and it has two autocomplete textfield instead than one.
Both fields work, but configuring the block in block settings page affect only the first one.
I attach a screenshot.
The size of finder form is set to 25 in the block settings.
The first created ANF block is still working normally.

I can't seem to recreate the problem you're having in the screenshot. I had a different problem, which I am fixing now, maybe they are related? The problem I had is the config for appended forms is not properly saved.

Updated, cache flushed, cron run, but the second field is still there..

The problem I had is the config for appended forms is not properly saved.

I confirm this.
Even if <none> was selected by default, it was not saved. Now that I've explicitly selected <none> the field has disappeared.
It seems that it appends a field to itself if nothing is selected.

I think you might just need to resave the block config pages for the blocks.
