content profile doesn't show up on the user registration page

Hi,
Content profile fields doesn't show in registration form (/user/register).
I folowed the readme instructions:
Marked profile content as a content profile for users.
Created fields and then marked the "Use on Registration" checkbox.
Changed user permissions (turned on the following for anonymous): create profile content, access user profiles.
