Workflow private comments module

I helped write the following module that allows admins to hide workflow comments based on the end state of a node in a role-sensitive way. It's basically so admins can comment about that's going on in a workflow state change without lesser roles being able to see what they said. I was considering releasing it as a project, but wanted to pass it by you to see if you had interest in packaging it with workflow since it's such a small module.
