Changes from last stable build:
Fixed XHTML validation errors
Added displaying precipitation information. (If updating, you must go in to the settings page and check "Precipitation" since variable did not exist previously.)
Changed updated time information to display abbreviated timezone name rather than "Local."
If location string is too long to fit on a single line, make the first column in the same row vertically align to the top of the cell instead of the middle.
Internal URLs used in module should now account for cases where drupal install is not at the root directory of the website.
Country no longer hardcoded as "USA" user can customize in module settings.
