attached adds a 'Disabled' option for servers, which allows t.d.o admins to visit admin/settings/pifr/servers/edit/X and disable a rogue server via the web interface now. this patch is already applied and running on t.d.o, but feel free to adjust as necessary.

p.s. the running patch is located in the module directory.
