Titles as images using a specific font (instead of highlightable text)

Is there something that lets you generate an image of the page title and site title instead of text, using the php to use a certain preferred font and colours for the headers. In other words, when managing and editing the site and its pages, I would type the page title and site title as normal, but Drupal would generate these as a PNG using a font located somewhere on the server, so it looks better and I can ensure my brand looks exactly how I want it to?

Of course it should use proper ALT tags of the same text for accessibility reasons, etc.

Also, I removed the errant h1 tag from your post. ;-)
