It would be great if it would be possible to increase the story feed, which right now posts the registration and comments to facebook.
So that it's possible to define with every content type, if it should be posted on facebook.
Thanks

carefulMEDIA commentedIs this gaining traction? Anyone know what would be involved in writing a patch for this?

bflora commentedThe UI would be pretty simple on the admin side. You'd just need a list of content types with check boxes next to them. The admin checks the ones he/she wants posted to FB and saves the settings. When anyone who's FBConnected posts one of these nodes, they'd be published to their news feed.

pribeh commentedTo do this please try: http://drupal.org/project/facebook_Stream

bflora commentedThanks for posting it, but that module doesn't have D5 compatibility, also it doesn't do the nifty account stuff that this one does. I've got nearly 500 people who've now signed into my site via facebook and are posting content to my site. I want that content to appear in FB as well. How do I make that happen?
pribeh commentedWell, Facebook_Stream not only integrates with but relies on fbconnect. But is you're looking for a way to do this in D5 the only method I know of is with Drupal for Facebook which is incompatible with fbconnect. It would be nice if the two module maintainers could collaborate since both modules do certain but different things very well even though the scope of DFB overlaps. Perhaps if you ask the maintainer of facebook_stream nicely enough he might backport his module. Currently I've requested the removal of certain dependencies that aren't compatible with D5 - I'm not sure that's going to happen though.

IgD commentedBump. I would also like the ability to submit a Drupal story to a Facebook wall. Thanks for your hard work on this awesome module.
