PHPMailer "From" header is broken

I am using Messaging in conjunction with Notifications, with plain text and HTML via PHPMailer as delivery options. Currently, if "Full user data" is selected under "Notifications sender", HTML emails arrive from "[username] <[useremail]>" <[username] <[useremail]>>. I think it would make more sense for this to be "[user's-full-name]" <[useremail]>, which is how it appears when plain text delivery is selected.
