Drupal Contributed Themes... some working some not

Hello,

I have tried searching the forums for this, but no one seems to be having the exact same problem that I am.

I have added some of the contributed themes to my drupal installation. First I should let you know what I am working with I suppose.

Drupal 6.9
Access to update.php Protected
Configuration file Protected
Cron maintenance tasks Last run 13 hours 53 min ago
You can run cron manually.
Database updates Up to date
Drupal core update status Up to date
File system Writable (private download method)
GD library bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
GD library bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
Image gallery Galleries defined
Image import Import directory sites/default/files/images exists.
Image module directories Exists (sites/default/files/images).
Image toolkit The imagemagick toolkit is installed.
ImageMagick advanced options ImageMagick image toolkit is selected.
Module and theme update status Up to date
MySQL database 5.0.45
PHP 5.2.5
PHP memory limit 128M
PHP register globals Disabled
Unicode library PHP Mbstring Extension
Update notifications Enabled
Web server Microsoft-IIS/5.0
getID3() 1.7.8b3

Now after I have extracted the themes to the sites/all/themes directory, I get the options in the admin to choose those themes. Here are the themes that I am trying to use that are not core themes:

A3 Atlantis
AD Redoable
Addari
Cool web
Decayed
Genesis
Genesis darkmatter
Plutado Green
Shallow Grunge

Shallow Grunge and Plutado Green, seem to be the only ones that work properly. The rest do not show the screenshots, even though they are exactly where the browser is looking for them. I have checked all of the .info files as well, and they all seem to be correct. Now when I activate and try to apply any of them other than the Plutado and Shallow Grunge theme or an of the core themes, it removes all stylings instead of and leaves me with what would look like a mobile theme, all text and images with no layers, or css. I did have iUi and mobile installed, but I got rid of them thinking that would make a difference, but no such luck.

Please check it out and let me know if there is something wrong?

Any help with this would be appreciated, and Thanks in advance to whomever could help out.

Right now the A3 atlantis theme is selected and applied, so if you click on the link you will see what i am talking about.

Well,

Well, http://www.glazedproductions.com/sites/all/themes/a3_atlantis/style.css returns a page not found error, thus something in your site config is not right.

You're not running the Drupal install in a subdirectory, are you?

http://www.glazedproductions.com/themes/garland/style.css seems to work.

no its not being run in a subdirectory. I added the php code snippet for clean urls for IIS 5.0 found elsewhere on this forum to the settings.php, but other than that I have never run into this problem. This would be the 4th drupal site that I have done. Other I have had in subdirectories, and never had this problem, now when I put it into the main site root, I have this problem. I have added that code on everyother site without a hitch. I am glad for it too, because the other sites were for clients of mine, and this one I am finally getting around to is a drupal re-development of my business site.

Well then...

So I think I figured it out, sort of... I put the themes that were not working, into the core theme folder, and all of a sudden they appear in the admin like all the rest. Hopefully they work just as well when put to use.
