How can I remove the "nofollow" in comment/pingback 'submitted by' ?

I want to REMOVE the nofollow tag from the 'submitted by' entries in comments and pingbacks. But I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

In my admin > input formats configuration, I have un-checked the spam link deterrent for both pingbacks AND filtered html, which are the only formats available to anonymous users.

I'm using the Nofollowlist module and have it set up in "blacklist" configuration.

Any suggestions?
