Is there a patch for Drupal 6.9?

I just downloaded and installed v. 6.x-1.0, but have not enabled the module. README.txt says the following:
Patch drupal-menu-submit-6.6.patch
(same patch for 6.7 and 6.8)
Does this mean that Drupal 6.9 does not need this patch? If it does, where can I find it? I couldn't find drupal-menu-submit-6.6.patch on the issue node referred to in README.txt; apparently, the latest D6 patch is not yet available.
Can someone clarify?

It will work with 6.9 that has not yet been updated in the README.txt file yet.
The Drupal core people have accepted the fix and it may be in D7 "soon" (it is not in the HEAD CVS yet...) They mentioned the need to back port to version 6 but that has not been done yet.
All of that for 1 character 8-)
So just patch your Drupal menu.admin.inc file and play with Menu Per Role!

Do I need to also patch menu.module, as in the patch that jhedstrom attached?

It is not necessary for Menu Per Role. You may want to read #72039: Menu items created twice to see whether you're affected.

Okay! Now the patch was applied to D7. It will be back ported (again, just a character!) to D6 so we may have it fixed in 6.10!
