Nodequeue has been in an RC state since early October. It's now nearly February. :-) In that time, a whole bunch of bugs have been fixed.

It seems to me it's high time for either an official release. Arguably it could be another RC, but in practice I think the latest dev should be stable enough to warrant a real release. "Open source is never really done" should not be taken too far. :-)

So how about a 2.0 release? Pretty please?

Agreed.

In my View, the following issues should be addressed (either fixed or declared not to be bugs) before the next release is rolled.
#359994: Add/remove links dont update
#356153: Update #6002 database errors for nodequeue.module on update?

and less critically, I was hoping to also review #315162: Refactor nodequeue_nodes this weekend before rolling a release.

If I haven't rolled a new release on Feb 1, I'll buy you a beer at Drupalcon. Deal?

Thanks for your interest.

Well, I don't drink, but thanks for the offer. :-) I'd offer to help but I have neither the time nor the knowledge of nodequeues innards.
