my home page is below
http://192.168.1.2/Drupal/D6dot9/?q=node/2 and I want my home page url is just like.........
http://192.168.1.2/Drupal/D6dot9/Home

Enable the Clean URL, that's all you need to do.

Clean URLS will lose the ?q=
Admininister >> Site Configuration>>Clean URLS

Then you need to create a URL alias in the node, or look at Pathauto module to do it for you, but be careful if you set it wrong...

The Global Redirect to avoid 2 URLs for the same content appearing in the search engines
