i'm just wondering if there is a Midules for external MP3 URL ..
i couldn't find any on here ..
Tried CCK, SWF TOOLS and lots which doesn't work proper and all ask to upload the file which i have already on the host ..

any ideas or help??

What about emfield?
From the project homepage:

The Embedded Audio Field module supports third party audio content, such as from Odeo, Podcast Alley, and podOmatic.

I'm not 100% sure, but I guess that beside the 3rd party sources you're also able to provide custom URL.

well i think i tried this one as well. The problem is all Modules have to attach the MP3 files from ur PC and as u know this take time if u have lots of files ..

This is a future that many people wants but only project opus has : Import web music. http://www.projectopus.com/faq#f3
There are a lot of older discussion about this issue but as i can understand is not so easy to solve it.
