That tutorial is pretty clear. You need to either put in the time to play around with it and learn how it works or hire someone who does. If you have specific questions on something you get stuck on, then post. Just posting "help me" is far too vague for anyone to help you.

i see Michelle provided you with a link to some tutorials , also i would suggest you google drupal theme design , there are plenty of articles and screencasts about it on the web .
