Support for Typogrify module

I'm wondering if there is any desire for supporting the Typogrify module in FCK?

For those who don't know, Typogrify is a neat little module is an input formats filter that creates typographic refinements, like switching "dumb/straight quotes" with “curly quotes”.

As of now, when using both FCKeditor and Typogrify together, some conversions work and others don't. For example, double quotes don't work but single quotes do get converted.

If there is interest I could provide a list of every feature that works or not. As someone who appreciates good type, I would really like to combine the power of both modules.

I'm also not sure which module is supposed to do what. Maybe this is more of a Typogrify issue.
