How do I do this layout?

Dear All：
I use views to creat the block view and set：
Style: Grid
Change settings for this styleRow style: Fields
Inline fields:
*User: Picture
*Node: Title
Content: Date (field_date value)
Node statistics: Total views

But the title is not inline the picture.
How do i do this layout?
