Hello, I may be doing somethign wrong but my flexicharge is not being applied when I do a manual invoice?

How do I fix this?

No it doesn't do this because of the way that it works.

In v4 the creation of manual transactions (AKA invoices) if actually going to be done via the normal checkout, so adding of additional charges will be automatic.
