I'm a newbi to drupal & project forecast, and I don't know how to setup and how to use it after project forecast module installed.

Is there any INSTALL.txt or something about views and cck fileds configuration for project forecast?

Do you have any plan to make a install profile or a demo site?

Hi, yes, there has to be definitely more documentation...
Thus I wouldn't recommend this module to Drupal newbies at the moment. But with some Views and CCK know-how you should be able to run this modules...
And there are plans to publish an installation profile someday.
