Collapsible smiley lists

It would be cool if the list(s) of smilies (in the blocks shown on /add /edit) could be collapsible...

For example, I have a huge list of 190 or so flags as 'smilies': this takes a time to load. It would be neet if this list was collapsed, but could be opened by the user.

Meanwhile, I'll create a picture of the flag/smiley and place it as a link in a block...
