Announcing interest in dedicated project for UML analysis models of Drupal

Do please advise if this is the wrong forum for this.

I am a very experienced UML & SysML modeller and educator, I have worked with a UML tool vendor, I am very familiar with the UML metamodel and specs and have participated in the OMG specification process and attended OMG technical meetings:

http://www.webel.com.au/uml/galleries
http://www.webel.com.au/sysml

I also develop a recipe called UML Parsing Analysis for "binding" technical texts sentence-by-sentence to UML model elements, which would be ideally suited to creating analysis models describing the Drupal system graphically, by "parsing and analysing" Drupal documentation into UML models, as well as documenting module dependencies graphically, and describing features of modules.

I hope in particular to initially model the current CCK system - using examples from my own site at first - in an effort to promote a move to full inheritance in CCK, and to move towards full object-relational mapping and peristence (as one has for Java using Hibernate or JDO).

I wish here to gather expressions of interest in this effort, and if possible even a sponsor, and to request your advice on how to proceed (as I'm clearly quite new to this forum), which forum best suits this topic etc.
