Some projects began to disappear from drupal.org (eg pin, youtube_filter ...). Why?
I see a link Releases (http://drupal.org/node/194146) but I do not see the page. : (
I think it's a bad idea to have many broken links ...

That's okay... You can't remove or move forum messages, that's a fact. The important part is that you created an issue - this means that the Drupal.org webmasters will surely see it.

Some of those projects - trash (eg http://drupal.org/project/voodoo, http://drupal.org/project/adc, http://drupal.org/project/nokoala, http://drupal.org/project/sunflower, http://drupal.org/project/democratica and many others).
These themes have been downloaded 0 times, but they still exist here... :(

Looks like a better rename to me. Probably a good thing. That old release would have been under the old name, and is probably not linked to from anywhere now. Better functionality has been improved. Why do you think it's a problem?
