Balance still not checked

Issue Summary

I saw that this issue has already been closed as resolved. I have installed the 5.x-2.2 release and still have the issue that the payment is still processed when the user pays without sufficient points. I installed the 5.x-2.x-dev release and it seems it is resolved in that it won't process the transaction but when clicking "review order", I get two screens of just code and then when I click back twice it then correctly gives me the "You do not have enough points to complete this purchase..." error message. Thanks for your help...
