user settings

Hey hey

Where are the user settings hidden? The ones where you can set things for different roles (user-1, admin, auth users, anon users etc are given as examples). I saw them once when I was initially setting things up but have never found them again. Minor problem when I suspect I need to change something in there as I have avatars who are refusing under any circumstances to display despite having correct permissions and all that :)
