Description

Flagging comments does not appear to work in the 6.x-1.x dev version of the abuse module. I've tested with Forums and other content types. I've also checked the content type settings, but it appears that the "Flag as offensive" link only appears as a link on the original node item that is being commented on.

Let you go to /admin/content/abuse and enable "comments".

There doesn't appear to be a "comments" setting under /admin/content/abuse in 6.x-1.x-dev

All that appears there is content that has been moderated via the Abuse module

Yep, and are there "comments" and "users" checkboxes at the end of the list? If so, enable "comments" and it will work for you otherwise try to re-install Abuse module from scratch.

Even after installing the abuse module from scratch on a completely different site, I was unable to see these checkboxes.

There was a bug that an admin was not able to flag on content or comments - that is fixed in the latest dev release. Pending on some of the other bugs, it will eventually end up in the official release
