Email sent when non-quickfile transaction completed in paypal

Hi - Anyone who completes a PayPal transaction on our account receives an email with a non-funtional link to our quickfile product, even if they weren't ordering the quickfile product. How can I make sure only people who purchase the quickfile product receive emails?
