Hi,
can anyone help me how can i make static pages in drupal which no user can write a comment towards can someone please help me ?

You can disable the comment functionality for all or a specified type of content:
admin/node/configure/types
Here choose the type (page, story or blog) and then you can disable comments for this content type.
