We are having reports from staff and "end-users" of our organization's website that they are submitting webforms but we are not receiving them. (Does not show up via e-mail or in our results.)
We have had 3-4 complaints thus far - w/ people claiming to have "definitely" received the confirmation screen for their webform.
We can NOT re-create this problem, so I am sorta hoping for a miracle here. (*I have searched the issues but cannot find any similar problems.)
If ANYONE has encountered a problem like this . . . please let us know.
I am looking for any clue as to why this is happening.

quicksketchDoes this form use multiple pages? Webform might be getting confused by use of the Back and Forward browser buttons and loosing some of the data. However, even in such a situation usually the last page of the form is always submitted regardless. This sounds like some kind of different problem if you're not receiving a submission at all.

jondblackburn commentedThanks for looking at this - quicksketch - I have had at least one more report of this happening, but I still have not gotten one verified and validated instance where I have seen (or seen the confirmation page) for a webform that was submitted but not logged in the database.
I am going to assume for now that it was just user error - and hope that if not, that the recent webform update will fix any potential problems.
