* Updated readme.txt with additional information and IE-specific bug-hunting tips

* Updated grid builder (the site and the downloadable files)

* Remove some cruft from template.php

* Add drupal_rebuild_theme_registry(); to template.php and add comment that it shouldn't be enabled on live site

* Commented out code in template.php that intentionally left Drupal core stylesheets from being included (but left lines in template.php for people that do want to do this)

* Add basic strong styling to page-layout.css

* Cleanup formatting/indent all tpl files

* Add to new node formatting classes/ids and supporting template.php preprocess functionality

* Changed page.tpl.php body_attributes so that it was implemented more cleanly and without unnecessary extra div
