Issue Summary
Hi,
I would like to report that the counter seems to be incompatible with formblock.module, it simply disappears. I have no idea if this should go to formblock maintainer or here. But since it is also frozen on popups.module, I suppose there is some incompatible script that causes it.

this is solved with the rewrite of the 2.x version.
Please try out the 2.x version for you
