Use menu_links to get active trail

On a previous project I'd done something very similar to menu trails but used the menu system's menu_links. I started trying to adapt the code into the menutrails.module as an experiment.

This is very much a work in progress. The only menu_links that are generated are for nodes and the rebuilding process is pretty slow. I think it could be optimized quite a bit.
