Popular Content Block not showing

With more than 50 stories on the site, the popular content block does not appear.

Granted the number of users are limited to 3 because it is still in development, I look at them from time to time, with no evidence.

bump. there are over 2500 users now registered on the site and still no "Popular Content" listings

ACCESS LOG SETTINGS!!!

Enable Content View Counting and those block will appear. Woot!
