Issue Summary
Not to complain (great module, actually), but when I read this bullet I got my hopes up.
Node Creation: Let users create new nodes when they type in a node name which does not exist.
It might be better if this said Node Creation: Let users create new nodes when they type in a node name (wiki/node-name) path which does not exist. instead.
Of course, for all I know, I am actually the only person who came in hoping this included any kind of path and not just one beginning with 'wiki'.

Just to double-check, am I correct in thinking that this module does not currently support the creation of new nodes using any path they desire? E.g. have a link in a node pointing to nonexistent path
[root]/fooor[root]/foo/barand when clicked on, take the (correctly-privileged) user to a node creation page? It would be wonderful if the path could be anything you wanted. This would be especially useful, for me anyway, during site deployments and conversions.#2
I think you can achieve this by setting your wiki path to the empty string on the wikitools admin page.

Actually, see #130560: Make Wikitools page creation work with /.
