This will only translate the admin section of this module, right? Is there any way the button itself and the popup could be translated (to french and other languages)?

i'm afraid not.. the popup content looks like to be embeddded and there is not t() strings to translate

It's on the roadmap, and should be pretty darn easy to implement with AddToAny's JavaScript API.

FYI the drop-down automatically localizes per the browser's locale.
